Overclock C2D E6400 su Asus P5NSLI
Ciao! Sono un novizio in questo campo...Vorrei overclockare il mio E6400 senza dover aggiungere ventole di raffreddamento. Qualcuno mi da qualche consiglio su come fare?

Prima ho tentato un overclock del 15%
 ma windows non partiva. Poi ho cambiato e scelto 10% (2346 Mhz): Windows funziona correttamente e sembra stabile, ma quando uso Orthos appare la scritta STOPPED in rosso, indicando un errore, seguita da una serie di BEEP provenienti dal pc... Com'è possibile? Non ho overclockato di molto! Chi mi può aiutare, prima che il mio processore esploda?

C'è qualcosa che non va... Ho ripristinato i settaggi predefiniti del BIOS e aumentato l'FSB di sole 5 unità e il problema di Orthos si è presentato comunque. Ma è normale? Chi conosce qualcosa al riguardo?
