Masterizzare DL

Ciao sto provando per la prima volta a masterizzare su un supporto duoble layer.
DVD Shrink 3.2 con Nero dopo aver analizzato i files presenti su HD mi dà il seguente errore:

Burning did not complete successfully!

Ho provato ad aggiornare il firmware del masterizzatore ma niente.
Ho provato anche ad utilizzare il programma CDBurnerXP Pro3 ma non c'è niente da fare il DVD non viene riconosciuto.
Come devo fare? Il masterizzatore è un LG GSA-4167B. Il dvd vergine è un Verbatim +R DL.
