Mail del genere di solito sono tentativi di phishing dell'account ebay, nel tuo caso non ci sono link per cui...

phishing, cestinala, già il fatto che conteneva un virus dice tutto

Cestinala subito e fai lo stesso con tutte le mail con mittenti stranieri sconosciuti e allegati con fantomatiche "ricevute/liste/conferme" etc. sono solo virus travestiti da documenti pps/pdf etc.
