Configurazione su ASROCK 775DUAL-VSTA

Ciao a tutti, ho intenzione di passare a un processore più performante (ho un xp 1600+) ma spendendo il meno possibile. Avrei pensato di prendere un INTEL Core 2 Duo E6300 e di montarlo su una ASROCK 775DUAL-VSTA, così potrei mantenere la mia scheda video AGP,(magari la sostituisco in futuro, visto che supporta anche PCIE) e la RAM (ho un banco da 512 mb DDR333)

Il mio alimentatore è da 270 w, lo devo cambiare?

il banco di RAM che ho ci va,vero? (mi è venuto il dubbio), e se ci va, limita molto le prestazioni dell' INTEL Core 2 Duo E6300 , essendo a 333 mhz?
