Masterizzazione Fallita con nero

Ciao a tutti ho una ditta che ha il seguente problema:
Masterizzando con un LITE-ON DVDRW SHM-165P6S dei dati di contabilita con Nero 6.6.0.17ed un dvd rw mi da masterizzazione fallita a 4 x nella descrizione della lavorazione mi dice:
