Masterizzare un'img di un cd audio

Ragazzi,ho un img di un cd audio,in verità ho 3 file + un readme:un file ha estensione .md5 (da 1 kb),poi 1 file .cue (da 2kb) e un .wv (da 500mb).Ho provato a usare "scrivi immagine" di alcohol,ma pure ritrovandomi sul cd dei files .cda,non se ne sente neanche uno,solo fruscio.Avete suggerimenti?
