STRANO PROBLEMA CON WORD
Ciao a tutti.
quando lancio ms word mi appare sempre lo stesso documento e succede anche se scelgo crea nuovo doc. in pratica nn posso lavorare. avete soluzioni in merito??? grazie |

Io proverei ad aggiornarlo tramite Office Update o a reinstallarlo da zero. Per sicurezza farei anche un controllo del sistema con un antivirus e con un antimalware (non si sa mai cosa riescono a fare 'ste infezioni...).

Mah, mi puzza di macrovirus. Dai una bella scansione e per sicurezza reinstalla il pacchetto office da 0

procurati il file normal.dot che è il file base di word...
sostituiscilo con quello che hai tu ora nel tuo pc...
