[GAMECUBE] Problema con GC Disc Server (e Animal Crossing Loader)

Devo streamare una iso (non di titoli commerciali , mi do alla programmazione homebrew) dall'hard disk del pc al gamecube,con il famoso metodo di phantasy star online.
Con il GC Disc Server riesco a spedire il file loader.dol sul gamecube e farglielo eseguire,infatti esce la schermata con la scritta grigia "INITIALIZING..."

A questo punto dovrebbe iniziare lo streaming della iso,ma non viene streamato niente,sembra tutto bloccato...il file della iso l'ho scelto,e ho provato persino con un minidvd-r contenente una demo homebrew,e poi dal programma a scegliere di streamare quello invece di una iso...niente

Non credo che sia un problema di firewall,perchè l'ho disattivato,e poi in tal caso nemmeno il loader.dol sarebbe stato streamato.
Non penso sia nemmeno un problema di velocità dei pacchetti da regolare,perchè non ne esce manco mezzo di pacchetto,se fossero pacchetti troppo veloci che il gamecube non riesce a elaborare,in ogni caso vedrei comunque l'hard disk del pc che viene letto,o il lettore dvd,mentre è in corso l'upload.

ah un'altra cosa,la riporto qua sotto in inglese,perchè l'ho scritta in un altro forum e non mi va di tradurla

Another thing : i have also a Qoobo SX chip installed,but i need to use the PSO exploit for streaming isos from pc because the laser is not properly powered , sometimes it can't read the disc and the game crashes...regardless of the type of support,i tried different ones,(princo,verbatim, and philips).

I don't want to adjust the laser power for now,because i'm not sure that the problem is just the laser...
I also could try to make a minidvd with the loader.dol file , than directly boot it from gamecube,without the need of using phantasy star,and it should connect to the pc with the GC Disc Server , is it so?

I'll try it,but in the meanwhile tell me what i've mistaken in streaming isos with the common method,and if i can try anything else
