WM5 icone sulla statusbar

Ciao, è possibile aggiungere icone sulla statusbar(toolbar?) attualmente c'è quella del connManager. Allego un'immagine per indicare il punto dove mi piacerebbe inserire le icone, ho guardato vari software ma sono invasivi, riorganizzano il today, io vorrei una cosa semplice...

io uso iLauncher della SBSH su Dell x51v e si possono settare shotcut per la traybar.
A mio avviso non è invasivo come software (anche perchè basta settarlo come si desidera) ma cmq è una mia opinione personale.

Se quelli sulla traybar sono solo collegamenti mi viene in mente che probabilmente c'è un modo per inserirli senza l'utilizzo di alcun software, ma solo smanettando un po' in gestione risorse.

Hi,

I am a big fan of SPB Pocket Plus because it gave me the ability to have icons on Today screen. With the preveliage the draw back was there was no space left on Today screen for other applications (esp lengthy reminders)

I like JAMin with battery and connection manager icons at the bottom (Tray) but I wanted to add all of them. So I started the thread and my buddy BartMan, came up with a great suggestion, he refered me to a link. Though, this is what I didn't want BUT is it worth to reinvent the wheel? No I don't think so.

So I came across this link, where I found the freeware to do this task and all the tips and tricks.

Tools:
The tools is PHM Tray Launch (login maybe required), it is part of big freeware software (PHM Toy...). PHM TrayLaunch is a very small tool and takes very little system memory to run everything you need.

So ones you have this tool, you need to create a shortcut somewhere in your system and add the shortcut to PHM TrayLaunch.

How to create a shortcut:
Use notepad in your PC and for a shortcut to Running Programs, type this:
ctlpnl cplmain.cpl,4,2?deviceinfo.exe,-103
Save your file as Running.lnk (link file) and move it to somwhere in your PPC.
Open TrayLaunch and specify the complete path (e.g. \Storage Card\Running.lnk)
Voila, you have a running program icon on your tray

Another example is of Battery:
Use notepad in your PC and for a shortcut to Battery (I will tell you later why you need this), type this:
ctlpnl cplmain.cpl,3?powerexe.exe,0
Save your file as power.lnk (link file) and move it to somwhere in your PPC.
Open TrayLaunch and specify the complete path (e.g. \Storage Card\power.lnk)

Note: You may need GSFinder+/Total-Commander/etc to fine-tune the shortcut and by clicking it make sure it works.

Save memory:
Now, open \windows\startup and delete InitTray.lnk file (this file loads two icons; power and connection manager)
You don't need an icon for connection manager as button 4 does the job, power icon is added just above, icon for Running Programs is also added and you can add all your favourite icons there to make it look neat (see attached picture).

What to do next:
If you like the idea, I can share all the short-cuts that I've found on the link and the idea is basic (trial and error )
