[EZ Antivirus] Protezione real time inattiva
Ciao a tutti,
uso questo antivirus su diversi computer nella versione scaricabile da internet gratuita per un anno. Da oggi pomeriggio la protezione real time è disattivata e non si riesce a ripristinare, e nemmeno a fare uno scan del sistema. Questo sui miei pc e su quello di un amico, che non hanno nulla in comune. Qualcuno ne sa qualcosa o sono l'unico ad usare questo antivirus? Grazie

Il sito di supporto diceva così:
"February 2, 2006 ***You may experience problems with updating your eTrust EZ Antivirus program. The error message you will receive is "Fatal Error 3". We are aware of the problem and are working to post a fix shortly. Please try the update again later. Please do not open a technical support issue related to this problem***" Oggi sembra tutto risolto. Ciao, andrea |

infatti l'update che ho fatto stamattina verso le 7.00
 ha risolto tutto (o almeno così pare)ciao
