help sulle fasi da eseguire per rispedire ipod shuffle

dopo 2 giorni dalla richiesta (domenica) arriva il mio bel ipod shuffle nuovo di zecca, fin qui tutto ok... lo devo provare

ora però mi preme mandare indietro quello difettoso, insieme c'è una lettera in inglese dove vengono riportate le varie fasi per rispedire, qualcuno mi può aiutare?

Qualcuno potrebbe aiutarmi a tradurre oppure mi dice come ha fatto per rispedire il suo ipod difettoso ad apple? mi raccomando una descrizione dettagliata.
Ci sono spese di spedizione da affrontare se il mio ipod è in garanzia?

Togli la copia del documento di trasporto che era sulla scatola, la parte alta e' la tua ricevuta, la parte bassa e' un documento di trasporto gia compilato per rispedire alla apple la roba, segnati il numero di tracking in quel pezzo di foglio.
