Un virus simile al flip

Ciao a tutti,
oggi mi è capitato di infettarmi con un virus che mi ha ruotato il video di 180 °.
Dopo Una scansione con spybot e una rimozione di una chiave (TkBellExe) il monitor è tornato normale.
Qualcuno di voi sa a cosa in particolare è dovuto? Vi allego il rapporto di spybot
