errore porte usb 2.0

allora ho postato questo identico topic nella sezione "periferiche di memorizzazione" ma non mi ha aiutato nessuno..
la copio qui quindi, sperando che qualcuno riesca a risolvere questo problema...grazie e scusate il disturbo

allora praticamente ho la psp quando la attacco al pc mi dice "la periferica può funzionare più velocemente, attaccare la periferica a una porta usb 2.0 per aumentarne le prestazioni).
il fatto è che la mia abit kd-7 ha le usb 2.0, le ho abilitate dal bios e ho reinstallato i driver (ho anche xp2).

Io pensavo fosse un errore perchè la mem della psp è chinese, ma ieri ho portato la psp da un amico che per trasferire un file di 1,2 giga al suo pc ci ha messo 5 o 6 minuti mentre io ce ne ho messi 40 per metterlo dentro!

A cosa può essere dovuto?
è strano perchè ho due usb integrate nella sm più la addon card che ti danno sempre con la sm.
Ammesso che io abbia sbagliato ad attaccare la card alla sm però le due usb della sm dovrebbero cmq essere 2.0!


quando viene l' avviso dice, premere per vedere le porte usb2.0 disponibili
e dice che non ne sto utilizzando nessuna (ho pure un mouse usb)
(ho quindi 4 porte usb 1 per il mouse e una ci metto la psp ho pure un pad ma l' ho staccato pensando facesse conflitto)


ho riprovato pure installando di nuovo driver usb 2.0 e chipset...

the MSINFO32.EXE command, then navigate to Hardware Resources\IRQs. If you have USB 2.0, there should be the word "Enhanced USB", if it is working as a USB 2.0 protocol.

If your system is capable of USB 2.0, you should delete all instances under the USB devices and let the system redetect it.

To do this:

Unplug all the USB devices from your PC.
In Device Manager, click View\Show Hidden Devices.
Uninstall all the devices under USB Controllers heading.
Uninstall all devices under Storage Volumes. Do NOT reboot if asked.
If you are unable to remove any Storage Volumes, ignore the Volume and proceed to the next if available.
Uninstall any device bearing the dreaded Yellow exclamation mark,(?)

When you are finished with all of the above, reboot the system TWO times, NOT just ONE time.

Now, connect your USB device, reboot, and see if it is correctly detected.

If all this does not work, you may have hardware\software\firmware problems.

allora grazie
ci abbiamo provato ma non va neanche questo...
ho il controller avanzato usb (quindi 2.0)
ho staccato il mio mouse usb
quindi non avevo niente da disinstallare sotto usb, ho disintallato volume diarchiviazione e poi riavviato 2 volte ma non è cambiato niente,,,però--

"Uninstall all the devices under USB Controllers heading." devo disinstallare magari se avevo "stampante usb" ma mica devo disinstallare propriamente il ramo !?

I am assuming that by "ramo" you mean the USB tree, yes, you need to remove anything under the USB tree.

You stated that the BIOS, Chipset, and the USB controller driver have been updated, without success. Try to update the software at this site.

ah, sorry mate.
I thought your reply was "pasted" from another forum, and that you was an italian user!
next let s try to talk english ok?
i mean, your solution doesen t work...i have tried this:

after i have checked that i have an enanched usb controller.
after this i navigated under device manager and expanded the usb controller (like this http://img512.imageshack.us/my.php?image=uffa5ml.jpg ).
you should see yourself that even if i have a usb mouse it not appear as "plugged" in any of that istances.
then i unplugged my raptor m2 usb mouse..and plugged a normal ps2 mice to avoid eventual conflict.
so i could not complete this pass ( Uninstall all the devices under USB Controllers heading. ) because i have no devices plugged!

then i have Uninstalled all devices under Storage Volumes. (in italian : volume di archiviazione -> Volume generico ) it ' s ok?

then i have rebooted 2 times and tried to plug my psp but nothing changed!!

my question is , when you say "Uninstall all the devices under USB Controllers heading" you mean to uninstall every eventual plugged usb hardware (example usb keyboard) or to uninstall the root itself (the usb istances under the usb root)?

i hope you should understand my english (please judge my text for mistakes) and hope you will answer one more time!!
