Driver per modem interno.
Esistono driver per modem interni PCI per linux ? Intendo driver da installare dopo l'installazione come si fa con windows. (Avevo sentito che ne esistevano alcuni da inserire nel kernel per poi ricompilarlo).

In genere non esistono driver liberi per Linux per i modem interni 56k (immagino il tuo sia uno di questi).
Alcuni produttori hanno fatto le cose per bene, provvedendo a un driver ALSA libero per la parte in kernel space e spostando il codice proprietario in user space, ma i più si ostinano a fornire blob precompilati in kernel space rendendo alquanto complicato l'utilizzo dei driver. Quale è il chipset del modem che hai la (s)fortuna di possedere?
