Come funziona il supporto RMA di g.skill? Beh, ve lo dico subito... anzi scopriamolo insieme, almeno se ci scappa mi date pure una mano

Allora, tanto per cominciare ho verificato l'effettivo malfunzionamento delle mie 4400LE (F1-3200DSU2-1GBLE ) grazie anche all'aiuto del mitticco A64FX

Il primo contatto con g.skill è avvenuto tramite mail ovviamente, precisamente gli ho scritto questo:

Hi, I am a holder of F1-3200DSU2-1GBLE (SN:0502004321 and SN:0502004322).
I have tried these rams on two pc (AMD Athlon64 3000+, DFI Lanparty NF4Ultra) and in both cases one of the two forms results incapable to operate to ddr550 2.5-3-3-7 (They don't even close the Super PI).
What I have to do?

Have you tested them separately (in single channel). Do they also fail in SuperPI?

Yes, I have separately tested them and only one of the two result defective (precisely the module SN:0502004321). It also fails in SuperPI.

Have you tested with other benchmarks? (Memtest 3.2, Prime95 Long FTT tests)

Hi,

I have tested with superPI, Gold Memory and Prime95 blend, and I have always found errors. From the tests I have discovered that one of the two modules are defective while the other one works well.

Are URxxxxx50 the rma number ?
