banda garantita
come fanno le società a garantire una banda minima se utilizzano le linee telecom??
mi hanno detto che se c'è molto traffico la telecom da priorità a suoi abbonati... (e intanto vado con sta alice finta 4m che va ancora come un 1.2)

basta leggere i contratti che sottoscrivete ...
 molti operatori danno un MCR di 20 kbit/s. Quindi se andate come una 1.2 mb invece di 4.0 non potete lamentarvi con nessuno ...
