ubunto breezy ... dubbio su repositories

Dopo aver aggiornato i repositories come segue:

Enabling Extra Repositories
Open up a terminal and type in

If you're using Kubuntu (KDE):
sudo cp /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list_backup
sudo kwrite /etc/apt/sources.list

If you're using Ubuntu (Gnome):
sudo cp /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list_backup
sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

Then copy and paste the following over your existing sources.list if you're using Hoary (5.04):
## Uncomment the following two lines to fetch updated software from the network
deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu hoary main restricted
deb-src http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu hoary main restricted

## Uncomment the following two lines to fetch major bug fix updates produced
## after the final release of the distribution.
deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu hoary-updates main restricted
deb-src http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu hoary-updates main restricted

## Uncomment the following two lines to add software from the 'universe'

Save your file and close either kwrite or gedit. Lastly, and most importantly, type this into the terminal
sudo apt-get update

1) ho la sensazione di dover aggiornare le firme... ma non so come fare;

2) come si pulisce la cache dei pacchetti scaricati?

apt-get clean

clean
clean clears out the local repository of retrieved package files. It removes everything but the lock file from /var/cache/apt/archives/ and /var/cache/apt/archive/partial/. When APT is used as a dselect(8) method, clean is run automatically. Those who do not use dselect will likely want to run apt-get clean from time to time to free up disk space.

Non c'è bisogno, ubuntu lo fa in automatico dalla sua prima versione, se non riporta nessun errore vuol dire che ha aggiornato tutte le firme.
