Fedora Core 4 e Nvidia

Ciao, io ho un piccolo problema con la fedora core 4,non riesco + ad installare i driver Nvidia 76.76 sul fedora core 4. Sul FC3 era un giochetto da ragazzi, invece sul FC4 mi crasha l'xserver oppure se lo lancio con startx o riavvio, mi da un'errore con una finestrella che dice che c'è stato un'errore sull'xserver e non può avviarlo, ho fatto la configurazione automatica dell'xorg.conf e ho riprovato a riconfigurarlo, ma nada! ho seguito pure filo e per segno tutte le guide nvidia ma non ce ne esco fuori
Io ho una Leadtek Geforce PX6800GT-TDH.
