Problema Internet Explorer

ERRORE: 0x80090305

Ho un problema con Internet Explorer (v.6.0.2800.1106), e S.O. Windows 2K con SP4.
Il problema si verifica accedendo al sito Microsoft Update e durante il login di Hotmail e MSN Messenger.
Spero che qualcuno possa darmi una mano...grazie, ciao.

Dai ragazzi nessuna che possa aiutarmi? Ho cercato ovunque ma nemmeno sul sito Microsoft trattano quest'errore...Spero in un vostro aiuto...

indica un qualche problema con il tuo account

creane uno temporaneo e prova con quello e poi posta eventuale errore

possono essere i popup "bloccati" ?

Inizialmente avevo proprio pensato ad un problema con l'account, ma non è questo il problema...ho provato ad accedere da un altro pc, con lo stesso S.O., stesso firewall e stesse impostazioni e funziona...Inoltre il problema lo riscontro anche su MICROSOFT UPDATE, inizia a fare la scansione per rilevare gli aggiornamenti ma si blocca, dandomi sempre errore 0x80090305.

No, ho provato ma non dipende da l'accaunt...credo che sia proprio un errore interno di Explorer, proverò a reinstallarlo...

Ciao, ho trovato conferma ai miei sospetti...dalle pochissime notizie presenti in rete, l'errore 0x80090305 sembra dipendere da un malfunzionamento di Exploer e come soluzione è suggerito reinstallarlo.
Il mio problema è che non ci riesco...o meglio sembra che lo reinstalli ma alla fine sono punto a capo...
La procedura che seguo è la seguente:
regedit -> vado alla chiave HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components\{89820200-ECBD-11cf-8B85-00AA005B4383} -> e cambio il valore IsInstalled da 1 a 0 in modo da togliere la protezione dai files di Explorer in modo da poterci sovrascrivere -> lancio il setup di IE -> riavvio...

riprendere una installazione di IE è sempre un "terno al lotto"

puoi prendere in considerazione Firefox 1.07 in italiano ?

ne esiste uno che io conosco ma non è free Xplite mi pare

Mozilla la conosco bene...ma purtroppo per Microsoft Update è necessario IE...come pure per accedere ad Messenger...

Cmq grazie plikojim, il programma che mi hai suggerito è veramente molto utile...e mi ha permesso di disinstallare e reinstallare facilmente IE. Purtroppo il problema persiste e non so più che fare...Se qualcuno può aiutarmi lo ringrazio anticipatamente!
