Ma se dai OK win parte? Se si probabilmente è solo un programma che tenta di partire in esecuzione automatica, ma non trova l'eseguibile. Per risolvere potresti provare a scaricarti un programma tipo regcleaner e alla voce startup vedere se effettivamente all'avvio parte qualcosa di indesiderato o che hai già cancellato da tempo
