CALCIO, CLASSIFICA IFFHS: INTER AL COMANDO DAVANTI AL MILAN

L'Inter è al comando della classifica mondiale delle squadre di club stilata dall'IFFHS (Federazione Internazionale di storia e statistiche del calcio). I nerazzurri, tornati al primo posto dopo più di sei anni, con 276 punti precedono Milan (270) e Manchester United (2599. La Juve è al decomo posto, il Parma 37/o e l'Udinese 60/a. Balzo in avanti per i vincitori della coppa Uefa, i russi del Cska Mosca, che passano dal 25/o al quinto posto, mentre il Liverpool, vincitore della Champions League, è solo 17/o. (31/05/2005) (Spr)

CSKA Moscow - the World's Club Team of the Month for May 2005

Because Milan AC did not win the final of the European Champions League, local rivals Internazionale again became leader of the Club World Ranking after a break of 75 months. "Inter" showed very strongly in all three competitions and is still play in the final of the "Coppa Italia". So there are two Italian clubs at the top of the Club World Ranking.

But the World's Club Team for the Month for May is CSKA Moscow who won the national and continental cup, as well as all its matches in the month of May and achieved a sensational 67 points, improving in the Club World Ranking from 25th to 5th place.

FC Bayern Munich, who won the national double, is again among the "Top 5", and PSV Eindhoven, that won the Dutch double, is for the first time in 6th place. Remarkable improvements were also shown by Cerro Porteño Asunción, Dinamo Kiev, CD Guadalajara, CA Banfield, Universidad de Chile, the "Tigres" from Monterrey, Cruzeiro Belo Horizonte, Fluminense Rio de Janeiro as well as CA Osasuna and AS Roma, both of which are still play in the national cup final.

In the "Top 100" there are clubs from 34 countries: 29 clubs from the CONMEBOL, two from the CONCACAF, no from the AFC, six from the CAF and 64 from the UEFA. The following leagues are represented by the most clubs in the "Top 100": Brazil (11), Spain (10), Italy (7), England (6), Argentine (6), Germany (5), France (5), Netherlands (4), Colombia (4) and the Turkey (4).

IMBATTIBILITÀ INTER: RECORD STAGIONALE

Francesco Toldo e la difesa nerazzurra hanno concluso il campionato 2004-'05 stabilendo il record d'imbattibilità stagionale. Infatti, grazie ai 90 minuti di Inter-Reggina conclusi 0-0, sono saliti a 450 i minuti d'imbattibilità dell'Inter. Così è stato superato il precedente record stagionale: il Milan si era fermato a 430'.

ps ultime 19 giornate 11 gol subiti.....Niente male

detta cosi' sembra una presa in giro(cioè certa gente a volte lo fa intendere)...ma io non capisco una cosa...perchè SOLO in italia succede che la coppa nazionale,che stavolta metteva in premio oltre che il trofeo anche un posto in europa debba essere cosi' snobbata......mah....!

certe volte mi spiace vedere che in spagna gioiscono per la coppa del re perchè ritenuto un trofeo importantissimo,in francia ce ne sono addirittura 2 di coppe sia lega che di francia,per non parlare della FA cup....

ps non parlo perchè in finale c'e' l'inter,ora mi è capitata semplicemente l'occasione,ma a prescindere da chi la vince o c'arriva la cosa dovrebbe esser vista in tutt'altra maniera...cambierà mai la situazione...? sperem...

ma in base a che cosa fanno questa classifica ??
al di là del tifo è un pò assurda
forte in tutte e 3 le competizioni ??? è uscita ai quarti di finale di champions come la juve che però ha vinto il campionato mentre il milan bene o male è arrivato in finale ... in campionato e dal derby di ritorno che guarda il duello tra milan e juve ed è finita parecchi pt dietro ... da un paio di mesi gli è rimasta solo la finale di coppa italia e non è detto che la vince ...
nei primi 10 posti non c'è il Chelsea che è arrivato in semifinale ed ha vinto il campionato inglese .. non c'è neanche il barcelona che ha dominato la liga .. bò

va bene ora massacratemi

sono classifiche che basandosi su dati statistici lasciano il tempo che trovano, però penso siano indicative sullo stato di forma di una squadra.

How the Club World Ranking is made

The World Club Ranking was started monthly since January 1st, 1991 and the information is globally distributed early in the following month. This ranking takes into consideration the results of twelve months of continental and intercontinental competitions, national league matches (including play-offs) and the national cup. In those countries having several national cup competitions, only the one organised by the national federation is included. Since the cup competition systems are diverse at the preliminary stage level, we assign only the points won in eight-finals, quarter-finals, semi-finals and the final. The points are assigned based upon a rating system of the level of performance of each national league. In the case of matches decided by penalty-kicks, each team receives half of the points in contention.

All national leagues are rated at four levels based upon performance. In this grouping, each country (where the club plays) is assigned a number indicating the performance level of each national league. Clubs in the highest level leagues receive 4 points for each match won, 2 for a draw and 0 for a defeat. Level 2 is assigned 3 pts. (win), 1.5 (draw) and 0 (lost), and so on with the next lower levels. The same system applies for the play-off matches.

In the continental competitions, all clubs receive the same number of points at all stages regardless of the performance level of their leagues. In the case of draws each team receives 50% of the points in dispute and 0 points for a lost match. The points are distributed equally to teams in matches decided by penalty-kicks. All Asia, Africa and CONCACAF continental competitions have the same point-assignment system: 8 points for a win, 4 for a draw; in the preliminary tournament phases for The Caribbean and Oceania zones, only 4 and 2 points are assigned for win and draw. In the South American competitions the clubs receive 12 points for a win, 6 for a draw; and in the European 14 and 7 points, respectively. Competitions between two continents are evaluated depending upon their importance. In the FIFA World Club Cup, the awarding system for wins and draws is determined by averaging the number of points assigned for wins and draws in each of the other continental competitions.

Those competitions not organized by a continental confederation, or any intercontinental events not recognized by FIFA, are not taken into consideration for the World Club Ranking. Any competition cancelled before completion alters the point system. In order to equalise the chances of South American and European clubs we do not consider the result of previous matches already played in said tournament.

The World Club Ranking is a precise classification showing the real level of the clubs free of any subjective influence. It is the result of a profound analysis that allows us to fairly report the level of international performance for each country.

La coppa Italia è sempre un bel trofeo da portare a casa .. imho dovrebbero togliere il 4 posto del campionato e dare alla vincente della coppa il posto in champions
