(ovviamente devi risponder alle domande che ti farà... )

ovvio che rispondo ma il mio dubbio è che anche se ripsondessi male a tutte le domandi non dovrebbe cmq generarmi un file xf86 scritto male ma scritto?
se dopo aver fatto dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xfree86 controllo con nano il file è vuoto????perchè???
a me come rsultato non da niente

si è vero...dovrebbe scriverti qualche cosa, proviamo così cacella il file XF86Config-4 e creane uno nuovo con scritto questo è il mio, ma è abbastanza generico dovrebbe partire...

ma è ugale al mio .save

come ti accennavo prima ho messo il file .save come xf86config ma anche cosi non va.

Se ti puo essere utile mi da una schermata di errore

controlla bene l'errore dice che che nella sezione "files" la prima del mio xf86config c'è una scritta " Font" che è errata io questa scritta non ce l'ho controlla bene le voci del tuo xf86config con il mio...oppure usa direttamente il mio che sicurmanete funziona...controlla specialemte dove c'è scritto Section "Files"

mentre giravo la pasta
sorseggiavo un po di vino
ed infine la scolavo
ho scoperto qual'era il problema.......sorvolando avviamente sul fato che non riesco a capire perche nonostante la riconfigurazione il problema si sia ripresentato cmq
siete pronti per scagliarmi le pietre(rullo di tamburi)

ecco perche l'infimo si bloccava ma ancora non ho capito perche il file XF86Config-4 fosse rovinato o vuoto
