Aggiornamenti di W7 che si ripresentano

Ciao a tutti.

Ho cercato di arrangiarmi con diverse soluzioni trovate sul supporto Microsoft e sparsi per il web ma non ho risolto niente.

Ci sono 2 aggiornamenti (kb2633171 del 13/12/2011 e kb2679255 del 10/04/2012) che si ripresentano puntualmente ad ogni boot di Win7, sia che li installi cliccando sull'icona di Windows Update o che lo faccia automaticamente quando arresto il sistema. Il bello è che quello del 13/12/2011 è tornato a farsi vedere solo dopo che è arrivato l'aggiornamento del 10.

Ho già provato inutilmente a:

- nascondere gli aggiornamenti cliccando con il pulsante dx in Windows Update

- fermare il servizio Windows Update, rinominare/cancellare la directory SoftwareDistribution, riavviare il servizio e il pc

- provare una soluzione più estrema che avevo trovato in un forum (credo SevenForums) e che consisteva nel registrare nuovamente le dll di Windows Update

- usare Microsoft FixIt

- usare il System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 della Microsoft

Ad ogni tentativo è seguito un riavvio del sistema. Questo è il ReportingEvents.log nella SoftwareDistribution (il primo errore mi compare quando svuoto la suddetta cartella):

Sai bene che la cartella SoftwareDistribution deve essere eliminata stoppando prima il servizio "Aggiornamenti automatici", altrimenti avrai una risposta d errore.
Per fare tutto dal Prompt dei comandi, aprilo come Amministratore
Nella finestra del CMD digiti uno alla volta i seguenti comandi e premendo Invio ogni volta
net stop wuauserv
rmdir %windir%\softwaredistribution /s /q
rmdir %windir%\system32\softwaredistribution /s /q
regsvr32 /s wuaueng.dll
regsvr32 /s wuaueng1.dll
regsvr32 /s atl.dll
regsvr32 /s wups.dll
regsvr32 /s wups2.dll
regsvr32 /s wuweb.dll
regsvr32 /s wucltui.dll
net start wuauserv
Chudi il Prompt dei comandi con il comando "exit" e Riavvia il PC

Secondo me in quella situazione di aggiornamenti in loop, è meglio andare ad eliminare tutti i file Pending.xml in C/Windows/winsxs

Grazie ma il risultato è stato un messaggio di errore 80072EE2 "Errore durante la verifica della disponibilità di nuovi aggiornamenti per il computer" quando ho fatto verifica aggiornamenti su windows update con la X rossa dopo aver lanciato i comandi e riavviato il pc.

Adesso riprovo ancora ed eventualmente lancio Microsoft FixIt per rimettere a posto la situazione.

AGGIORNAMENTO: Dopo FixIt, i 2 aggiornamenti sono tornati a tormentarmi.

Interessante. Puoi essere più specifico ? Nella directory in questione e nelle sottodirectory non c'è nessun pending.xml.

Prova a farlo da Risorse del computer ad eliminare il contenuto della cartella
\Windows\softwaredistribution

entri nella cartella di cui sopra ed elimini tutto il contenuto
poi riavvi il servizio con il comando
net start wuauserv

Sto scaricando i due aggiornamenti e li installerò manualmente disattivando prima gli aggiornamenti automatici e riavviando poi il pc. Incrociamo le dita.
