ho il pc specificato in basso e vorrei cambiare scheda video perchè ormai la mia è diventa un "requisito minimo", che cosa mi consigliate?

servono i valori scritti sulla targhetta nella linea +12v, così è come se non ci hai detto nulla...

così come hai scritto non promette nulla di buono..
se ne vuoi una di fascia bassa è probabile che vada bene, ma se devi già spendere 150€ di scheda devi cambiare alimentatore mi sa.

e quanto mi verrebbe a costare più o meno?

Ma va 6950...è assolutamente esagerata per il tuo pc! Come scheda video io metterei massimo una GeForce GTX 460 1Gb (140€).

Prendi un alimentatore tipo Corsair CX 500W(45€) o meglio Corsair VX 450W(60€)!
