Vendo Icy dock MB561US-4S, usato pochissimo e perfettamente funzionante in ogni sua parte anche se è scaduta la garanzia. Offro la mia garanzia personale di 7 giorni per tutti i test del caso.

E' un ottimo box esterno per lo storage di 4 dischi sata con connessione esata (no usb), con ventola di raffreddamento.

Dal sito non capisco bene come funziona il raid, non vedo nessun switch.
Confermi che supporta raid 0,1 e 5 ? Come passo da un raid 1 a un raid 5 (ad esempio) ?

Hai mai montato dischi da 2 o 3 tb ? Li supporta ?

io avevo messo 4 dischi da 2tb quindi sono sicuro che ci vanno ma non erano in configurazione raid purtroppo quindi non so se si può passare da un raid all'altro "al volo"

significa che vedevi 4 dischi separati?
mi spiegheresti come funziona? lo colleghi ad una eSata o USB del pc e accedi ai dischi? oppure serve qualche tipo di scheda controller? è bianco o nero?
(ti faccio tante domande perchè potrei essere interessato ovviamente)

attenzione devo editare perchè ho visto meglio, io li ho sempre usati singolarmente perchè non avevo necessità del raid e in effetti questo prodotto non ha la gestione del raid interno ma vede i dischi singolarmente, che si connettono al pc tramite interfaccia esata (con una uscita ed un cavo in dotazione per ogni disco)

This is convenient for those who do video editing through Mac or PC and wants configurations of RAID 5 settings for increased storage capacities and blazing fast transfer speeds.

The additional USB connection is for quick hook up to any computer system (especially laptops), which allow users to access up to four drives at the same time, and best of all there’s no driver installation required. This allows users to organize their music, photos, and work data under one enclosure, making it perfect for backup applications.

The enclosure takes up to four SATA drives. To power the enclosure, it uses a direct AC outlet, perfect to use it anywhere without having to deal with any adapters. The lightweight construction design protects hard drives with a layer of solid aluminum. It has a detachable 80mm ball bearing rear fan with 3 speed settings, and uses a built-in fan-less power supply, making it a quiet device. Sei sicuro che sia il modello giusto?

il modello è giusto, sul sito però c'è solo la versione che ha anche l'usb

questo ha solo 4 porte e-sata che gestisce separatamente
