devo contattare l'ufficio internazionale di una uni straniera per chiedere delle informazioni
il mio inglese non è sicuramente dei migliori, riuscireste a suggerirmi come rendere questa mail formalmente accettabile? notate errori grammaticali o usi impropri di termini?
cosa usare come saluto iniziale se la lettera è diretta ad un ufficio?

I’m a student from the University YYY, which has an Erasmus exchange program with the XXX. The Economics faculty YYY has a direct agreement with your university, but it is referred to studies in law (for economics) and there hasn’t been any application for this field. Since I am completing my exchange application process and selecting the destination, I am writing to enquire about the possibility to take courses at your university in the economics field. There is ZZZ course in my next year study program, but I’ve been told that is not enough. The University YYY agrees with my proposal , but requires the acceptance from your International Relations Service.
As an economics student an experience at your University would be a perfect opportunity to develop my skills and I would greatly benefit from studying in such multicultural environment.
