piccolo problemino con apache

ho l ultimo apache che funziona regolarmente su una debian 4.0 configurato insieme a php 5 con mysql + vbulletin per un forum, il sito si apre correttamente ma il fatto e che se clicco sul nome del forum in alto a sinistra, anziche riaprirmi la home ossia index.php mi si aprel a finestra per scaricare la pagina...

cosa puo esserci che non va?

lo fa solo su quella pagina.

95% potrebbe essere un problema di header.

Prova a creare una banalissima pagina index.html (senza meta tag, doc type, fronzoli vari), poi nel body ci piazzi il classico:

Beh, dai, meglio di nulla.

Cmq, a paret che non ho la dir di config /global, a me non da' errore.

Le cause possono essere 2:

1) Apache non è impostato per gestire gli index.php (probabilmenta ha gli index.htm, index.html, default.htm, default.html ... magari ha index.php4). Controlla che ci sia anche index.php.

2) Il tuo browser ha qualche impostazione che ti fa scaricare il file (questo fai presto: cambi browser o chiedi a qualcuno di verificarlo).

Io punto più sul primo.
