è molto semplice

pc - hub
i fili (che hanno tutti colori diversi) devono essere nella stessa identica posizione ai due lati del cavo

pc - pc
i fili devono avere sequenza inverita ai due lati del cavo (cioè incrociati da cui cavo cross)
