Temperatura i7 6700k

Buongiorno a tutti.

Ho acquistato un i7 6700k. Mi chiedevo se fosse normale avere una temperatura in idle di 45-50 gradi con una temperatura ambiente di 22 gradi.

Il dissipatore è questo qui:

Se eseguo prime 95 dopo meno di un minuto il processore raggiunge i 100 gradi e inizia ad abbassarsi di frequenza attestandosi sui 3.2 - 3.4 ghz.

Tra l'altro eseguento il diagnostic tool dell'Intel ho un esito FAIL.
