Non vedo le ultime immagini che hai postato.
Comunque il test potrebbe essere stato "sporcato" da fattori esterni, ad esempio programmi in background. Prova a ripetere il test chiudendo tutto -antivirus compresi- senza usare il PC durante il test. Vediamo se diventa più lineare o se rimane anormale.
Samsung Magician riporta qualche problema ? L'SSD è aggiornato all'ultimo firmware disponibile ?
