flasher, un utente con la tua stessa periferica ha risolto usando il cavo ethernet invece di quello USB, indirizzando verso l'IP invece del cavo:

I have had same problem. But I solved it. I am using ethernet cable, not USB.
First, search 2600n from HP support webpage.
Then click windows7 64bit (not home premium, enterprise or any other)
Download "HP Color LaserJet 2600n Plug and Play Package" and try to install it.
When you try to install the driver that will prompt you to plug usb cable of 2600n. Just click cancel to cancel installation.
finally go to control panel and device & printers. click add printer and click add network printer.
click printer is not listed. then select TCP / IP bla bla... and click next. then write the printer's ip address. and click next.
That's all.
