Soluzione 1
Please run the automatic updater as follows that can resolve this problem.
1.Open the command prompt(To open command prompt, Go to Start -> All Programs -> Accessories->Run -> Type 'cmd' -> OK)
2.Type cd "C:\Program Files\COMODO\COMODO Internet Security" and hit Enter
3.Type "cfpupdat -cfpau" and hit Enter
4.Within few seconds, Comodo Firewall Automatic updater balloon message will be popped up on the system tray.
5.Click the balloon and follow the instructions to install the updates.
6. Now check whether you are able to run the updates from the program interface.
Soluzione 2
1) Reboot in safe mode and Login using an Admin Account(this is required AS CIS protects itself and will not allow the neccesary file to be deleted)
2) Go to C:\Program Files\COMODO\COMODO Internet Security\scanners and delete bases.cav
3) Now go to C:\Program Files\COMODO\COMODO Internet Security\Repair and copy bases.cav to C:\Program Files\COMODO\COMODO Internet Security\scanners
4) Reboot it window in the normal mode
5) Login as your regular user
6) You will now need to reupdate your CAV virus Data base again.
Note:
The exact route to \\COMODO\COMODO Internet Security\scanners & \\COMODO\COMODO Internet Security\Repair may vary slightly depending on the base language of your OS and your install directory.
Soluzione 3 se le altre non vanno
Rimuovi CIS usa CCleaner per pulire i residui e reinstalla CIS
