The long and short of the last page or so of replies is, DO NOT DO 2 Vcore MODS!!!
The OCW mod sets the Vcore at 1.55V. The Rebels Haven Vcore mod adds 0.25V to the Vcore, so the max Vcore will be at least 1.8V and that is too much for almost any A64 CPU!!!
While the Rebels Haven Vcore mod is removable, I'm not sure that removing the OCW mod will allow the BIOS to adjust Vcore any more.... One of our Members did a mod similar to the OCW mod and was unable to adjust Vcore any more. It was fixed at 1.55V.... I'm not saying the OCW mod will damage your board, I'm saying I never looked into it. So be carefull!
DO NOT DO THIS MOD AND THE OCW MOD AT THE SAME TIME! There have been reports of some kind of problem when doing both. NEVER DO 2 Vcore or 2 Vdimm MODS AT THE SAME TIME, the Vcore could be 1.8V or higher! If you do the mods, your doing them at your own risk. The Rebels Haven Computer Forum will not be responsible for damaged systems or components... If your unsure about the mods, I strongly suggest you do not implement them...
