Fallout 4 Configuration Tool
Console su tastiera italiana
Quote:
|
Modificare il FOV
Quote:
Change the Field of View
1. Open fallout4_default.ini in the Application location. Open Fallout4Prefs.ini as well as Fallout4.ini from the configuration file(s) location as well. The following lines have to match.
2. Find the following lines, and set it to whatever Horizontal FOV value that you want. Recommended: minimum of 90 to avoid motion sickness.
[Display]
fDefaultWorldFOV=90
fDefault1stPersonFOV=90
Notes
fDefaultWorldFOV refers to the user's overall Field of View, whereas fDefault1stPersonFOV refers to the user's viewmodel (weapon) FOV.
Using the fov xx command in the in-game console will result in the FoV resetting to the default value (the original default value and not the one you just set).
|
Cambiare il FOV in gioco
Quote:
1. Open the in-game console
2. Write fov xx yy, where xx is the 3rd person FOV value, and yy is the 1st person FOV value e.g.: fov 100 90.
Notes
- Writing fov xx will reset the 1st person FOV value to default.
- Exiting the game will reset the FOV to value set in .ini files.
- Using the command "saveini" will cause the FOV settings to keep even after a restart. This doesn't appear to affect any ini files and actual location of the saved value is unknown.

Set a custom resolution
Quote:
If you’re running a 4K or ultra wide monitor you can enter custom resolutions in the Fallout4Prefs.ini file located in your documents folder.
bTopMostWindow=1
bMaximizeWindow=1
bBorderless=1
bFull Screen=0
iSize H=XXXX
iSize W=YYYY
The UI doesn’t scale, so keep that in mind, but you can always turn it off just to ogle the landscape with by pressing the tilde key (~), typing “-tm”, and hitting Enter. Don’t expect a stable environment with custom resolutions. Anytime I tried to take a screenshot with FRAPS, the game crashed immediately.

Uncap your framerate Sconsigliato
Quote:
Fraps has been capping out at 60 frames-per-second as I play, which obviously isn’t ideal for folks who want to fully utilize their 120 Hz or higher monitors. Here’s how to unlock it:
Head to the Fallout4Prefs.ini file located by default in \Documents\My Games\Fallout4, open it and search for ‘iPresentInterval=1’. Change that 1 to a 0, hit save, and let your framerate run free. Be warned though, we’ve been unable to test it extensively, so unlocking the framerate might have some messy side effects.

60fps quando il gioco si blocca a 30 (AMD)
Change the brightness on your monitor
Quote:
There’s not built-in gamma slider in Fallout 4, which may be a minor nitpick, but it’s easy for the already desaturated landscape to look extra washed out without proper gamma balance. Without a slider, you can eyeball the brightness if you know what to look for. Otherwise, use online calibration tools or images to make sure your colors are the best they can be.

Settings to prioritize
Quote:
If you need a few extra frames to at least maintain a constant 30-plus, I found that ‘Shadow quality’ and ‘Godrays quality’ made the biggest difference. With everything else maxed on a modest rig, bumping each of those down from Ultra to High gave me an extra 10 fps without obvious visual compromise. Knocking down the textures and render distances doesn’t hurt much either since you’re not always looking to the horizon (even if they look super pretty cranked up).
Graphic options on their lowest settings
Graphic options on their highest settings
Anti-aliasing can be taxing depending on the type, of course, but it’s an important one: jaggies are particularly distracting with Fallout 4’s long vistas, especially when so many are topped by erratic tree branches. FXAA and TAA options are available, the former of which is a post-processing filter applied to the entire scene. It’s less taxing, and can feel a bit blurrier than the TAA option, which is a type of anti-aliasing supported on Nvidia’s Kepler GPUs. It’s a nicer effect, but certainly more taxing. Without anti-aliasing, each tree-lined horizon turns into a horrific strip of tree static. It’s incredibly distracting, especially in a visually dense game like Fallout 4.

Get rid of pixely aura around characters when preset is above Low
Quote:
1. Open Fallout4Prefs.ini (located in %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Fallout4)
2. Under [Display] change:
bVolumetricLightingEnable=0
iVolumetricLightingQuality=0
Notes
- The setting is called Godrays quality in the launcher
- Using the official launcher to disable God Rays won't work in any other preset than Low. The launcher is bugged and doesn't set bVolumetricLightingEnable when turning god rays off. The setting will re-enable itself whenever options are accessed.
- This might be a bug that manifests only on older AMD cards. Happens on my 2xHD5870. Reports on the Steam forums also mention a HD6950 (includes a screenshot): http://steamcommunity.com/app/377160...1121379899232/ Not that surprising as it is a feature developed by nvidia. Setting bNvGodraysEnable to 0 in Fallout4.ini doesn't seem to have any effect on this though.

Issue: Crash to desktop during Hunter/Hunted
Quote:
- This issue blocks the continuation of a quest-chain.
- Approaching the quest objective will result in a crash to desktop without any errors. As of current, if you wish to progress the quest-line, you will have to teleport into the related building and then teleport to an area that does not crash the game.
Issue: Entering Cambridge Police Station makes the player fall through the ground
Quote:
- This issue may block the continuation of a quest-chain.
- You may speak to characters inside the building if you enable noclip: open the console and enter tcl.
- To exit the building afterwards, as the doors did not spawn in, you must teleport to another location, i.e. coc sanctuaryExt.
|
Teleport into building of interest to progress:
1. Open the console and enter player.moveto 00064dfc.
2. Walk around until character of interest spawns. Deal with the situation accordingly.
3. When you're done with your business inside the building, open the console and enter coc sanctuaryExt.
Notes
You may walk freely within the building, but exiting it will crash the game.
|
Issue: Graphical issues during rainy weather
Quote:
Disable Wetness in the advanced menu under options in the launcher
|
Issue: Stuttering
Quote:
Run game in windowed borderless mode
In the launcher, check windowed and borderless
When you change this option, resolution will probably change automatically to something unsuitable. Check that it is at native/desired value before launching.
|
Issue: Excessive Screen Tearing When using [Windowed][Borderless] in Windows 7 & 8
Quote:
Switch Theme to Windows Aero:
1. Right-click on the desktop
2. Press Personalize
3. Choose a Windows Aero theme
4. Press Window Color
5. Save changes
|
Issue: Permanent Slow-motion Bug
Quote:
- This bug may occur when using Jet, or any other item that slows down time in-game.
- You will be stuck in a slow motion state across all your saves. Reloading or waiting will not fix this.
Delete the ini files in My Documents:
1. Go to %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\
2. Delete all of the ini files in this folder. You do NOT need to delete your saves.
3. Run the Fallout 4 Launcher
Notes
If you have made any previous changes to your ini files, you will need to redo them after you run the launcher.
|
Issue: Dark shadow layer over gameplay
Quote:
Higher resolutions (e.g. 3440x1440, 3840x2160) may have an intrusive dark layer overlapping gameplay.
Change bComputeShaderDeferredTiledLighting setting:
1. Edite %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Fallout4Pref.ini
2. Change bComputeShaderDeferredTiledLighting=1 to bComputeShaderDeferredTiledLighting=0
3. Save your changes and close the file.
|
Issue: Missing face textures with SLI and CrossFire
Quote:
Disabilitare SLI\CrossFire, almeno finché non verrà ufficialmente supportato.
|
Issue: Console doesn't open when pressing the tilde (console) key
Quote:
Set the Keyboard Language to English (US)
1. Press ⊞Win and type in Language
2. Click Add a Language and Double-Click on English
3. Click English (United States) and click Add
4. After the language has been added look for a button near the Notification Area of the Taskbar entitled ENG and click it, and choose English (United States)
5. Launch the game and the Console Key should work.
Notes
Alternatively pressing the ' key may also trigger the console.
|
Issue: No in-game audio
Quote:
Set audio playback to 16bit 48000 Hz[10]
1. Navigate to audio playback devices (right-click on speaker icon)
2. Highlight speakers (will probably be one with a green tick)
3. Click "properties" and select advanced tab
4. Change the "default format" to 16bit 48000 Hz (DVD Quality)

Codici gioco
Quote:
tmm 1
tm
Disabilita e abilita i menu e l'interfaccia.
set timescale to [inserire numero]
setgs fJumpHeightMin [inserire numero]
player.setav speedmult [inserire numero]
sexchange
Cambia il sesso dell'eroe.
player.setlevel [inserire numero]
player.additem 0000000f [inserire numero]
player.additem 0000000a [inserire numero]
Aggiunge forcine in base al numero specificato. Utile per forzare le serrature.
player.additem [inserire ID oggetto] [inserire numero]
