Per far girare NT è più performante di VMWare, oltre che più leggero in tutto:) Mettete che è gratuito ;) merita davvero.

raga ma virtualbox, se ci installassi win98 ad esempio, riuscirebbe afar partire giochi vecchi? alla fine non si parla di accellerazione 3d vera e propria, nel senso, che mi andrebbe bene anche emulazione software....
a quanto ho capito le opengl le emula le directx invece? bohhhhhhhhhhhh (attenzione non parlo di "utilizzo directx" quanto di "emulazione" |

Sto provandolo su Windows7 e sto cercando di virtualizzare l'ultima Slackware (12.2). Ho scaricato l'immagine del cd1 da un mirror ufficiale e una volta configurata la VM il boot resta appeso su una schermata nera che recita:
ISOLINUX 3.52 etc etc etc Ma l'installazione non si avvia :( Che sia il cd il problema? Eppure ho scaricato e masterizzato una iso! Help! |
Io uso Vista come O.S. principale e ho virtualizzato Ubuntu per imparare ad usarlo (naturalmente con virtualbox).
Perchè non mi viene letta la chiavetta? Non ho ancora fatto nulla, ho installato e fatto partire. Non sapendo usare bene ne VB ne Ubuntu non so quale dei due può provocare ciò... |

ho una CPU a 64bit un E5200 dual core.. come mai non riesco a creare macchine virtuali a 64bit?? vanno solo le 32bit.. non ce modo di farle andare?
ho anche un problema con 1 macchina virtuale Win Xp Sp2 .. ho settato la scheda di rete su NAT e selezionato al virtual network.. che è abilitata.. ma non va.. non gli da 1 IP valido ... uso come sistema principale Windows 7 build 7057. |
devi selezionare bridge e selezionare la tua sheda di rete e non la virtuale di virtualbox.

salve a tutti,io possiedo un portatile con windows xp,ho installato su questo sistema operativo virtualbox,l'ultima edizione,sul quale ho installato ubuntu,anchesso ultima edizione.il mio problema è che nonnriesco a condividere cartelle fra i 2 sistemi,cioè mettere in comunicazione il windos real con l'ubuntu virtuale.c'è qualcuno che me lo può spiegare passo passo perfavore???
