View Full Version : Problemi con Enemy Territory

Salve, allora: il file di installazione è un *.run, cmq l'ho installato tutto a posto. Il gioco mi parte ma il problema è che non mi memorizza mai il profilo salvato, ogni volta che rientro mi richiede di fare un profilo. Poi non mi abilita mai il punkbuster e se provo ad entrare in qualche server, anche senza punkbuster, si chiude il gioco e mi torna al Desktop. Pensando fosse un problema di permessi ho dato chmod 777 -R alla cartella dove è installato il gioco ma il problema persiste. Io ho poca esperienza di gioco in linux, però con America's Army va tutto tranquillo :/

si ma la tua configurazione sta in .etwolf/ prova a cambiare i permessi a quella.

usi kde? gnome? alsa? che scheda e'?

In generale killa il demone che gestisce il sonoro e rirpova, se non va prova ad usare l'emulazione OSS

Se usi arts prova anche ad avviare il programma con artsdsp -m comando ;)

Ehm, scusate se riuppo un 3d vecchiotto, ma non mi sembrava il caso di aprirne uno nuovo... ho installato Enemy Territory, tutto dovrebbe essere andato a buon fine, ma se da terminale faccio et, il gioco non parte, mi ritorna al desktop con una risoluzione completamente sballata e per ripristinare tutto devo riavviare il X.. questo è l'output che mi ritrovo sul terminale:

:D tru tru... installati decentemente i driver, adesso ho anche il mio bel logo nvidia alloa startup... bene, faccio et... altro problema..... l'output è del tutto simile a quello di questo (http://lists.suse.com/archive/suse-linux/2005-Mar/2059.html) tipo (posto il suo perchè il mio, nonostante infiniti tentativi, non sono riuscito a salvarlo :| )

si blocca qui, sul suono... schermo nero e risoluzione sfasata... ho provato ad eseguire i comandi suggeriti nei post successivi (comandi tralaltro ricorrenti in tutti gli how to e faq riquardanti l'intallazione di sto benedetto gioco)
