Io non posso direttamente cambiarti il letore, ma posso aiustari a cambiarlo.. se me lo spedisci all'indirizzo xxxxx in 3-5 settimane te lo fraccio arrivare.
NOTA: mi costa 32 dollari spedire il pacchetto in Italia; visto che sarebbe emglio x tutti e 2 evitare di perdere tempo e denaro, ti dico ancora di controllare sul sito del'iRiver per altre possibili soluzioni al tuo problema.
Aspetto di sentire la tua decisione.

Non posso mandarti un nuovo MP3 playere,ma posso aiutarti a effettuare uno scambio.In questo caso,spediscimi l'MP3 player e tutti gli accessori al seguente indirizzo:
Dopo che lo avrò ricevuto,lo spedirò per uno scambio o una sostituzione.l'intera operaione richiederà approsimativamente 3-5 settimane.
ti faccio notare che dovrò pagare 32 USD per la spedizione in ITalia.Quindi per risparmiare soldi e tempo entrambi,ti riconsgilio di controllare meglio sul sito per una possibile soluzuione al tuo problema.

"Signor Martynyuk inanzitutto grazie della risposta.Ho cercato in tutti i modi di farlo funzionare,preo proprio non ne vuole sapere....mi sa che mi toccarlo spedirglielo da lei.
Per le 3-5 settimane non si preoccupi,non c'è nessun problema,l'importante e che poi possa riutilizzarlo come ai vecchi tempi.
Riguardo le spese di spedizione io mi pago le spese di spedizione dall italia agli usa che ammontano a 40€,lei si prende carico delle spese dagli USA all'italia,d'accordo?
grazie dell'attenzione dedicatami al problema!.

I tried in every way to resolve my problem but i don't find the right solution-
About 3-5 weeks i have not problems, it's important that after this period my mp3 player play as brand new.
About shipping cost i'll may pay 40 euro for Italy to USA , and you'll may pay the shipping cost for USA to Italy, ok?
