errore di compilazione

allora seguendo un tutorial ho scompatto un file .tar ed entrando nella cartella del programma o gioco scrivo:

./configure e mi dice cosi:

dopo facendo make && make install

mi dice

make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.

Se inizi a dire qualcosa di più non sarebbe male, tipo che distribuzione usi...

Uso la SUSE 9.2 e proprio inq uesto momento sto reistallando i pacchetti veniamo cosa ne esce fuori.
La prima volta ho scelto la modalità tutti pacchetti.
