Datemi una mano con inglese :)

Devo scrivere un piccolo temino (150 parole) in inglese sull'argomento "un giorno in campagna".
Ho buttato giù qualche riga (inventato ovviamente), ditemi se va bene come grammatica, se volete poi potete aggiungere qualcosa. :)


I've been to the country once or twice, because some of my relatives live there. I must admin that it is a totally different type of environment compared to the urban one: fresh air, no traffic and, most of all, plenty of time to relax. In particollary I remember one day, a summer day that was unusually hot. Almost all moning I've passed it with my friend on the lake which wasn't so far to country. It was something: cool weather, nice water, exellent company. In that opportunity I've met one nice girl, her name was Linda. We have spent the rest of the day talking about us and at the end ot the day she has invited me to have dinner at her home with her parents.

Guarda... mi sa che fai prima a riscriverlo.
Questa frase in particolare mi ha fatto rizzare capelli e peli (e ne ho tanti):

Un suggerimento: scrivi cercando di pensare in inglese, non traducendo dall'italiano.

Anche se ho il sospetto che con "country" intendi un'altra cosa...
Basta così. Il resto sforzati di farlo da solo.

She wasn't from an industrial area such as the city I lived in but from that country, so she was able to show me some places that only who born there could now. We have spent the rest of the day talking about us and actually she is one of my best friend.

io direi countryside. Si dice anche country, ma siccome la parola ha significati primari diversi io le preferirei countryside.

Il significato di alcune parti è abbastanza oscuro. Ci sono vari errori di spelling, in generale dovresti, come ti è stato consigliato, cercare di pensare in inglese.


Tra le mille cose: actually, si studia nei corsi base di inglese, è un cosidetto false friend: significa "In verità" ed è una delle parole più abusate dell'inglese, sopratutto parlato.

e cmq con country gli inglesi e americani intendono nazione (come italia o francia)
