se ha meno d un anno, puoi contattare il tuo rivenditore,,,,oppure ,,devi andare sul sito della IBM ad avviare la pratica x ottenere un RMA;)

Visto...c'era anche su. Cmq ho appena fatto il test avanzato con DFT e il responso è stato:defective device,excessive shock tecnical result code 7300bffb....morto insomma:(
Domani chiamo il tipo che me l'ha dato,l'ho preso usato ma era ancora sigillato infatti reca la data july 02. Speriamo abbia qualche scontrino/fattura altrimenti dovrò mandarlo via ma penso in qualche modo di darne fuori.

ma nn hai verificato, prima d acquistare il matriale usato, l'esistenza di uno scontrino\fattura x la garanzia????

No...effettivamente è stata una leggerezza,ma era nuovo pensavo che....cmq.l'ho chiamato e mi ha detto che mi ridà i soldi,anche se io ho insistito perchè si trovasse uno scontrino ecc.
Vedremo.
