Blue Screen Windows 10

Ciao ragazzi, avrei urgente bisogno di aiuto.
E' da un paio di giorni che quando provo ad aprire un file in Photoshop il portatile mi va in crash e mi appare la classica schermata blue di errore.
Ho provato ad effettuare un'analisi con il tool WhoCrashed e questi sono i risultati:

Conclusion

7 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. No offending third party drivers have been found. Connsider using WhoCrashed Professional which offers more detailed analysis using symbol resolution. Also configuring your system to produce a full memory dump may help you.

Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Caro diabolik, quel PC -come ti sarai accorto- è semplicemente in panne.

Tutto punta a componenti vitali del sistema per cui i casi sono due:
o 10 è un sistema instabile (in sostanza, fa caGare...e alcuni potrebbero essere anche d'accordo) o c'è qualcosa da parte tua che rende appunto il sistema tale.

Sei sicuro che quella macchina sia sufficientemente recente per supportare 10? (il produttore, cioè, ha rilasciato quantomeno driver per 8.1?)

Al di là di tutto (testa per scrupolo le RAM che solitamente è la causa dei problemi e assicurati di avere l'ultimo BIOS), è quasi matematico che tu debba formattare.

Fai mica uso di software di sicurezza che potresti provare a disinstallare per vedere se cambia qualcosa??

Ciao ti ringrazio prima di tutto per avermi risposto.
Il portatile in questione è recente e monta componentistica di tutto rispetto direi, si tratta di un Raiontech GK3 di appena 1 anno di vita.
Escluso quindi che non possa supportare Windows 10 e considerato il fatto che non mi ha mai dato alcun problema e che continuo tutt'ora ad utilizzarlo senza riscontrare anomalie (la schermata di errore si presenta ESCLUSIVAMENTE quando provo ad aprire 2 files psd in particolare di circa 100 mb ciascuno), mi verrebbe da pensare più ad un problema di drivers di una delle due schede video. Ho provato ad installare diverse versioni di drivers ma non ho ancora riscontrato alcun miglioramento della situazione. Potrebbe forse esserci un problema hardware proprio su una delle due schede video?
La RAM la escluderei perché dopo diversi test non ho ottenuto alcun riscontro negativo.
Ad ogni modo, proverò a fare un ripristino di fabbrica per verificare se il problema persiste o meno...

Da quello che si ricava dal 1° post, infatti, sembrava che qualsiasi cosa tu facessi generasse quella situazione...
[EDIT: in realtà avevi chiaramente specificato la circostanza ma, pur essendo il più e il meglio, mi era sfuggita! Perdonami!]


Da un lato mi verrebbe da consigliarti la 'politica dello struzzo' (che nascondeva la testa sotto terra pensando fosse sufficiente per fuggire il pericolo imminente):
cerchi cioè di non riprodurre quella situazione (= apri un file psd alla volta e cosi' via)...

Esatto, accade solo quando tento di aprire due files in particolare con Photoshop. Il problema è che io ho bisogno di lavorare con quei files e quindi in un qualche modo devo assolutamente risolvere il problema.
Stavo provando a ripristinare il computer ma avviata la procedura direttamente da Windows 10, una volta riavviato il PC mi viene restituita un'altra schermata blue con il messaggio "Page fault in nonpaged area". Temo che il sistema si sia incasinato per un qualche motivo. Probabilmente dovrò formattare tutto... :(

Problema risolto! Ho formattato il computer e reinstallato Windows 10 e tutti gli applicativi. Adesso riesco ad aprire senza errori i 2 files di photoshop.
