Ho windows 7 64bit - Amd athlon 5600+ + 3gb ram ddr2,
mai avuto problemi da anni ma ultimamente da quando uso con + insistenza jdownloader mi succede che il pc si riavvia senza motivo.
Non sono molto esperto, mi aiutate a capire che problema ho per favore?

C'è un errore hardware probabilmente causato da un eccesso di temperatura, vedi se ci sono sbocchi dell'aria ostruiti e rimuovi quanta più polvere possibile da processore, dissipatori e quant'altro.
Dai anche una controllata all'hd con CrystalDiskInfo

1)ho pulito tutto l'interno con un potente aspirapolvere
2)ho controllato tutte le ventole e funzionano perfettamente
3)tengo le temperature sottocontrollo con speedfun e tutto è ok
4)ho aggiornato bios e driver vari
5)ho fatto una bella scansione antivirus e tutto è ok
6)ho controllato con appositi programmi gli hdd
il pc continua a riavviarsi senza motivo,
non sono sicuro ma credo succeda soprattutto quando è in funzione jdownloader che ovviamente ho provato a reinstallare.
Entro domani formatto.

Ho letto in giro che potrebbe essere causato anche da alcuni driver aggiornati con Windows Update, potresti provare a disinstallare ed installare soltanto dai vari siti produttori.
Invece come prima cosa, prova a disinstallare jdownloader e java, dato che il downloader in questione utilizza proprio java per funzionare.
Certamente per i driver sempre meglio installare quelli del costruttore, specie se come in questo caso ci sono problemi coi driver

installa questo fix http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2641634/en-us
include anche il fix che era presente nel kb2635732 (e guarda caso riguarda l'errore WHEA).

Gli aggiornamenti automatici di windows li ho disattivi, dunque il problema non è quello, anzi se provo ad aggiornare non riesce ad andare a buon fine l'operazione.
Grazie ragazzi, ora provo col file.
Comunque non apro jdownloader da ieri e per il momento non sto avendo problemi, che non sia proprio lui il problema.

penso d'aver concluso che il problema sia jdownloader, ho provato anche a reinstallarlo ma nell'arco di 24 ore almeno un paio di volte mi crasha il sistema.
Strano però prima non mi dava nessun problema.
Comunque si intuiva dall'inizio che il problema fosse collegato in qualche modo a JDownloader
