Un saluto a tutti, tempo fa avevo inviato un HD seagate in garanzia che risultava coperto da essa inserendo il seriale sul sito, inoltre il tool seagate mi dava addirittura il codice per la sostituzione, insomma la situazione era questa http://www.hwupgrade.it/forum/showthread.php?t=2353026
avevo aperto la procedura di sostituzione il 13/05 che era valida per 30 giorni ed ho spedito il 09/06 solo che a quanto pare a loro gli è arrivata il 23/06 quindi oltre il mese...ora mi è arrivata questa mail

ora da quel poco di inglese che so (e da quel ancora meno che ne sa google :stordita: ) non sono riuscito a capire se è stata accettata o meno...e sopratutto nel caso non sia stata accettata, il motivo di ciò e se dovrò pagare qualcosa.
