Controllo di coerenza

Vi chiedo aiuto per un problema che ha cominciato ad avere il mio pc portatile nuovo (ha appena 3 mesi e c'è installato Windows seven 64 bit).
All'avvio ha cominciato a richiedermi di eseguire un "controllo di coerenza" sul disco C con un conto alla rovescia dove, premendo un tasto, ho la possibilità di saltarlo.
Purtroppo premendo qualsiasi tasto non c'è alcun risultato, il conto alla rovescia prosegue fino ad arrivare a 1 secondo e lì si ferma.
Non viene eseguito quindi nessun controllo perchè tutto si blocca lì!
Spegnendo e riaccendendolo la situazione si presenta analoga, tranne alcuni casi in cui inspiegabilmente il pc si avvia senza problemi...

Come posso fare per sistemare il problema?
E soprattutto perchè fa così?

Che antivirus hai installato, Avira Antivir per caso? Allora leggi qui:

Ho provato a leggere un po' su questo problema che sarebbe legato ad avira però come risoluzione ho trovato questo procedimento:

Click on Start then Run , type cmd and press Enter . Next type fsutil dirty query x: where x: is your boot drive. This queries the drive, and more than likely it will tell you that it is dirty.
Next, type chkntfs /x c: . The X tells Windows to NOT check that particular drive on the next reboot. Now manually reboot your computer, it should not do a chkdsk and should take you directly to normal Windows login.

Once Windows has fully loaded, bring up another Command Prompt and enter chkdsk c: /r . Reply Y when asked if you want this to happen on the next boot. This should take you through 5 stages of the chkdsk scan and will unset that dirty bit. This can take an hour or more depending on the size of your hard drive, be patient and let it complete.

Once booted back to Windows, open another Command Prompt and query the dirty bit again by entering fsutil dirty query c: and Windows will confirm that the dirty bit is not set on that drive.

Peccato che al momento del riavvio, quando dovrebbe fare il controllo del disco continua a bloccarsi a un secondo dalla fine senza quindi effettuarlo...
Come posso fare???
Ho anche provato ad avviare il pc in modalità provvisoria ma non parte nemmeno così!

In una di quelle poche volte che riesce a caricare il desktop hai provato a disinstallare avira e riavviare per vedere se il problema scompare?
