Installazione mybb. Problema!

Ecco il mio problema.

Ho uppato tutti i file in www.miosito.it/forum, vado in www.miosito.it/forum/install ma mi dice questo:

Not Found

Come posso vedere?

E' il mio primo server di primo livello (.org).

Ho messo i file del mybb nella cartella forum, ma andando su

www.xxx.org/forum o www.xxx.org/forum/install o www.xxx.org/forum/install/indexphp esce

Aggiungo un'altra domanda: sei sicuro di aver uploadato i file nella posizione corretta? Dove hai creato la cartella forum?

come risolvo?

Come ho già detto è un problema di permessi. Leggi i link che ho postato ed utilizza il tuo client ftp per modificarli.

Ora sono al database.

Database Server Hostname: metto localhost ma niene, dice

Crea prima il database ed assegnagli poi un utente con relativa password.

Comunque, permettimi, prima di andare in produzione, avresti fatto bene a sperimentare in locale...

Lo so hai ragione, pero' io faci prove col phpbb su altervista, e fu tutto più facile e veloce!

Ora il mio problema non sono il nome e utente del database ma il Database Server Hostname che non c'è scritto qualè, ne sul cpanel ne su l'email!
Comunque ho mandato una mail al gestore per sentire un po
