View Full Version : HD MAXTOR 500Gb SATA II

Salve a tutti, sono nuovo del forum, ho un PC assemblato di ultima generazione (Intel QUAD 9300) con 2 HD Maxtor sata 2 da 500 Gb.
Vorrei sapere come è possibile che, dopo 8 mesi di ottimo funzionamento, uno dei 2 HD debba "sparire" completamente dal sistema e dal bios dopo l'ultimo avvio.
Ho la garanzia di 3 anni, ho contattato il fornitore per l'assistenza, è possibile riparare l'HD? Conoscete una assistenza Maxtor magari a Roma?
Vi prego aiutatemi, non vorrei perdere i dati archiviati.

E' lo stesso disco( la maxtor è stata acquisita da seagate) e penso che anche tu sei entrato a far parte della lunga schiera di utenti che hanno o hanno avuto problemi con alcuni tipi di hdd di questa marca.
Spero che tu possa risolvere.
