Kingmax ha annunciato le sue nuove memorie SDram PC166; tale alta frequenza di funzionamento permette una bandwidth di 1,3Gb/sec (rispetto a 1Gb/sec delle memorie PC133), ed è permessa dalla nuova tecnologia TinyBGA. La frequenza di 166Mhz è comunque garantita soltanto con timings CAS3. Di seguito la press release:
