La procedura per far funzionare il microfono del tuo portatile con il passaggio a Windows 10 è questa:
- Go the Device Manager
- Expand "Audio inputs and outputs"
- Right click each entry and click "Uninstall". If it asks if you want the drivers deleted, click "yes"
- Right click "Sound video and game controllers"
- Right click "VIA HD Audio" and click uninstall. If it asks if you want the drivers deleted, click "yes"
- Download the drivers from: http://support.asus.com.cn/Download....ER60110200.zip
- Unpack them, right click the "setup.exe" file, click "properties", click the "Compatibility" tab, tick "Run this program in compatibility mode" and choose "Windows 8". Click "Apply"
- Right click "Setup.exe" and click "Run as administrator"
- Let the drivers install and reboot
- Now set up your microphone
Quel sito è il portale ufficiale dell'ASUS quindi puoi stare tranquilla. Evita di installare programmi che promettono di risolvere problemi di driver o simili, spesso sono adware/spyware etc.
