Le APP si possono installare con Samsung Apps sul telefono o tramite il Software Kies; basta effettuare il login sul proprio account Samsung, che terrà conto delle Apps acquistate e ne permetterà un successivo download.

INIZIATIVA BADAItalia e BADASpain
BadaItalia, in collaborazione con la community spagnola BadaSpain, ha deciso di attivarsi per cercare di convincere quanti più programmatori possibili ad effettuare il porting su Bada di applicazioni già presenti su altre piattaforme mobili.
Abbiamo scelto, per questo mese, sei applicazioni (tre scelte da noi utenti di BadaItalia e tre dagli utenti di BadaSpain). Il nostro obiettivo è inviare quante più email possibili agli sviluppatori che abbiamo scelto, così da far vedere che il movimento Bada esiste, è vivo ed è costituito da migliaia e migliaia di utenti sparsi nel mondo. Speriamo che questa nostra iniziativa sia accolta favorevolmente da voi tutti, perché solo così possiamo far crescere Bada.

Il consiglio è di inviare email in lingua inglese (in caso di problemi, puoi utilizzare Google Translate), magari una generica, e poi inviare la stessa email ai vari contatti utilizzando il campo BCC. Bastano poche righe, anche solo per fare capire che siamo in tanti. Solo il tempo ci dirà se questa iniziativa avrà dato i suoi frutti.

Aiutiamo gli autori che pubblicano su Samsung Apps a tradurre!
Tradurre quelle apps/widget non ancora nella nostra lingua è semplicissimo!
Aprite la cartella Others sulla microSD troverete la dir __@@bada_applications@@__ che contiene di fatto le app installate. Ora basta trovare quella giusta (da prompt comandi usando dir /s "nova*" ad esempio) e andare in \Res dove in genere sono presenti i file per le lingue tipo eng-GB.xml... Ovviamente a questo punto basta creare un ita-IT.xml (salvato dal notepad come UTF-8 mi raccomando!!!) et voilà: il programma verrà aperto nella nostra lingua! Una volta fatto consiglio di contattare l'autore tramite KIES\Samsung Apps\nella sezione "Cronologia acquisti". Lì c'è la possibilità di scrivere agli autori. by hexaae
Come cambiare il nome delle applicazioni scaricate:
1 - collegare il wave al pc in modalità archivio di massa
2- in esplora risorse andare all'interno della cartella:
\Others\__@@bada_applications@@__\xxxxxxx\Info
al posto delle x troverete una cartella tipo questa: "2e6xi99by9" ...ogni cartella corrisponde ad un programma.
3 - Aprite il file "application.xml" con un editor di testo
e modificate come nell'esempio

...in parole povere modificate il nome all'interno dei 2 tag della lingua.

1. Prima di installare questa versione, eliminare i vecchi Opera Java App dalla cartella "Games and More".
2. Mettere entrambi i file .Jad e .Jar sul dispositivo Samsung Wave e installarli.
3. Disattivare "Adatta allo schermo" e "Usa tastiera virtuale" in "Games and More" pannello Opzioni per Opera Mini (se è visibile).
4. Avviare Opera e modificare le seguenti opzioni: "Dimensione carattere" a Medium ("Small" sarà difficile da leggere con questa impostazioni di risoluzione più alta).
