E' un problema di driver, dovuto quasi certamente alla procedura di aggiornamento da W8 a W10.
Nota che il s.o. attualmente installato risulta essere Windows 8, 6.2. Ci sono tracce dell'installazione precedente che possono causare conflitti e problemi vari. Ti suggerisco di salvare i dati su un'altra partizione o su un supporto di memorizzazione secondario, e procedere al ripristino del sistema tramite Impostazioni/Aggiornamento e sicurezza/Ripristino/Reimposta il PC.

Mi sembra strano sia dovuto a quello perché ha iniziato qualche giorno fa l'interrupt a dare fastidio, mente w10 è installato da più mesi

buongiorno, scusate se riesumo questo post. Ho anche io questo problema. Il mio pc con nativo windows 8 poi aggiornato a 8.1 e poi alla versione 10,si blocca spesso. Ho installato, al posto dell hdd originale, una ssd samsung 860 evo. Il boot d'avvio 9 su 10 ci impiega 1 minuto e mezzo, raramente si accende in 7/8 secondi. Ho aggiornato il bios all'ultima versione. L'ho portato da un riparatore, l'ha smontato, cambiato pasta termica, ma non è riuscito ad entrare nel bios perchè c'è una password che non conosco. Ha provato a dissaldare la batteria tampone per resettare la pass del bios (o uefi) ma non si resetta. Ho scaricato il programma LatenciMon e questo è il risultato

LatencyMon serve a misurare parametri del kernel, non i tempi di avvio.
Per i rallentamenti al boot cerca di capire su quale fase di boot si blocca. Avvia in modalità provvisoria, e vedi su quale driver si ferma. Una volta completato il boot tutto regolare?

Ho fatto il test con LatencyMon perchè un utente aveva il problema dell INTERRUPT SISTEMA che fa andare la cpu al massimo. |

Sai avviare Windows in modalità provvisoria?
https://support.microsoft.com/it-it/...c-in-safe-mode (segui la procedura riportata sotto la sezione Da Impostazioni) Avvia in modalità provvisoria. Durante il boot al posto del logo di Windows vedrai l'elenco dei driver che vengono caricati. Su quale driver si blocca?

ora provo anche se in modalità provvisoria non ho mai fatto caso a liste di drive in caricamento....
nel link che mi hai postato dice dopo aver scritto "msconfig" e "opzioni d'avvio" dice di DESELEZIONARE la casella modalità provvisoria. Ma la mia non è selezionata di default. edit: non avevo capito ora provo a seguire "Da Impostazioni" |

L'ho fatto partire in modalità provvisoria ma la lista dei drive in caricamento non mi appare. Parte il boot ma rimane sfondo nero con la scritta Lenovo e basta e poco dopo appare la home in provvisoria

Ok, allora per vedere i dettagli di avvio spunta "Informazioni di avvio sistema operativo" in msconfig -> Opzioni avvio.
il boot è lento anche in modalità provvisoria? Sapresti indicare in che punto dell'avvio hai il rallentamento? Durante il logo, sulla schermata di benvenuto, ...

ora provo a riavviare in modalita provvisoria e vediamo se mi escano le info dei drive. Cmq il boot normale parte dopo 2/3 secondi o sfondo nero con scritta Lenovo, dopo un paio di secondi va via la scritta lenovo e poi sfondo completamente nero fino alla home. E poi utilizzando il pc ci sono sempre imuntamenti ad intervalli random. A volte non si impunta per un po e poi incomincia. Ho notato che spesso si impunta quando apro "Gestione attività".

ho messo la spunta in "informazioni di avvio sistema operativo" e facendo il boot normale rimane sempre quella cazzarola di scritta Lenovo ma non vedo nessun caricamento di drive
Comunque SI anche riavviando per farlo partire in modalità provvisoria ci mette un po a caricare |

Probabilmente c'è un problema hardware. Prova a fare un test con la diagnostica Lenovo (si avvia con qualche combinazione di tasti al boot).

L'avevo gia fatto con "DIAGNOSTIC LENOVO TOOL" e ha scannerizzato tutti i componenti del pc e il risultato è stato che tutti i componenti sono in ottimo stato....
ma come faccio a vedere lo scrool dei drive che va a caricare durante il boot per vedere, come avevi detto tu, il drive dove si va ad impuntare? |

Niente di niente. Se intendi che durante il boot deve venire fuori qualche file/drive in carica, zero zero. Scritta Lenovo e poi schermo nero fino alla home. Sto diventando matto

Allora fai così
scarica Windows Performance Toolkit, attiva il monitoraggio con xbootmgr -trace boot -traceFlags BASE+CSWITCH+DRIVERS+POWER -resultPath C:\WPT Riavvia Windows. Al riavvio le info sui tempi di avvio vengono salvate in C:\WPT. Mandami il contenuto di quella cartella.
